GUI tee times are available in early April and late October.
A current GUI (Golfing Union of Ireland) membership is required at the time of booking, and applicants must reside in Northern or Southern Ireland. Please contact the office directly to make a GUI booking.
Annesley Course

Booking Terms:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking
- Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards and debit cards are accepted
- All transactions must be made in pounds sterling
- Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable
- In the event of cancellation by the Club due to weather conditions, the prepaid amount will be refunded on request in full.
- Rounds will not be held as credit under any circumstances
- All play on the Championship Links and Annesley Links is in four-ball groups. - Bookings for fewer than four players may be combined with other golfers to form a full group of up to four players.
- All groups are required to have a minimum of one caddie. If a caddie has not been pre-booked, the Club will arrange for a minimum of one forecaddie to accompany each group.
In the event that the course is closed due to weather conditions, a full refund will be issued.

Caddies
Great pride is taken at Royal County Down in our Caddie programme – one of the largest known. An integral part of the experience of the Links – our Caddies have many years of expertise for golfers of all abilities. Grades of caddie are available to help you navigate your day with us.
On return from your warm-up you will meet your caddie at the Clubhouse who will help with the final preparations in advance of play.
Caddie Fees are payable directly (cash only) to the caddie at the end of the round at the following rates:
Single: £75.00
Forecaddie: £110.00
Gratuity will be very much appreciated, but at your discretion.
Please note the Club does not have an ATM on site but there are ATMs within walking distance of the Club if required.
At the end of play please rate your caddie. This allows the Club to continuously improve our experience.
